Introduction:
Replace with Company Name recognizes that strong leadership and commitment are fundamental to the success of our Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS). The active involvement and support of top management are essential in creating a culture of safety, ensuring the well-being of our employees, contractors, visitors, and stakeholders, and maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Purpose:
The purpose of this policy is to outline the roles and responsibilities of top management in demonstrating leadership and commitment to the OHSMS. This policy aims to ensure that health and safety are integral to all aspects of our operations and decision-making processes. This policy is implemented, maintained, continuously monitored and reviewed by the Responsible Safety Officer (RSO), Replace with Safety Person’s Name.
Scope:
This policy applies to all members of top management and other leaders within Replace with Company Name. It encompasses all activities, processes, and decisions that have an impact on occupational health and safety.
