Introduction

Replace with Company Name is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace for all employees, contractors, visitors, and stakeholders. Effective management of incidents and nonconformities is essential to prevent recurrence, reduce risks, and continuously improve our Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS).  See other OHSMS Sections for more specific information.

Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to establish a structured approach for reporting, investigating, and addressing incidents and nonconformities. This policy aims to ensure that all incidents and nonconformities are promptly identified, thoroughly investigated, and effectively resolved.  This policy is implemented, maintained, continuously monitored and reviewed by the Responsible Safety Officer (RSO), Replace with Safety Person’s Name.

Scope
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, visitors, and stakeholders of Replace with Company Name. It covers all types of incidents and nonconformities, including those related to occupational health and safety, environmental impacts, and operational processes.
