Business Continuity and Organization Resilience (BCOR) is about building and improving the resilience of Replace with Company Name as a business. The aim is to continue our business operations and enable quick recovery from any type of disruption- whether it be economic, environmental or person(s)-related. Disruptions, for the purpose of this policy, can be described as any adverse event that has the potential to damage Replace with Company Name. Examples are natural disasters, global pandemics reducing travel and social interaction, power outages, communications/IT outages, theft, supplier failure, data corruption, staff casualty (injury or loss of life) or loss of major client/business. Replace with Company Name recognizes its responsibility to its staff and its clients, guaranteeing the sound financial position of the business and of the stableness of its workforce.
