Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to establish a framework for the continuous improvement of our QMS. This policy aims to ensure that all improvement activities are systematically planned, executed, monitored, and reviewed to enhance overall quality and efficiency.  Replace with Company Name will try to select opportunities for improvement and implement any necessary actions to improve products and services to meet requirements, as well as to address future needs and expectations. Scope

This policy applies to all employees, processes, products, and services within Replace with Company Name. It encompasses all activities related to identifying, implementing, and monitoring improvement initiatives.
