An excerpt from ISNetworld® RAVS®* Safety plan Case Management Program (CBRES) Program
Replace with Company Name recognizes that our most valuable asset is our employees. It is their work ethic, commitment to service excellence and strong sense of loyalty that allows our organization to excel in a competitive market place.
Benefits of Case Management:
Appropriate and prompt medical treatment when needed
Close follow-up until staff member returns fit for work
Effective communication and coordination among all parties
Accurate and consistent injury or illness classification
It is for these reasons that Replace with Company Name is concerned about the impact of workplace injuries on our employees. It is our goal to play an active role in minimizing the impact and disruption to the lives of our injured employees and to assist them back to work in as timely a fashion as possible.
Replace with Company Name utilizes this Case Management Procedure and your front-line supervisors are well trained in it. Our workers clearly understand that they must notify their Supervisor immediately if they suspect a work related injury or illness whether they are at home or at work. In addition, CBRES work authorizers are notified immediately of all incidents no matter how small (e.g. a person trips & falls and doesn’t need medical help or seem injured – CBRES expects to get called and notified on this)
