Roles and Responsibilities
Senior Management is involved and committed to our company’s safety & health. The Responsible Safety Officer (RSO), Replace with Safety Person’s Name is responsible for the implementation of this program. The RSO is responsible to clearly define OHS roles and responsibilities on-site and develop and communicate a clear structure of responsibilities for site managers, supervisors, and workers.
Employee Involvement
The RSO and Supervisors encourages active employee involvement in the construction OS&S Objectives program through participation in periodic Hazard Identification, JSA’s (Jobsite Safety Analysis) meetings, safety meeting, safety committee meetings and any other opportunities to provide input into the program’s effectiveness and improvement.
