Subcontractor Performance Requirements

Replace with Company Name (Contractor) employs the subcontractor as an independent contractor to perform all work and furnish all labor, materials, equipment, scaffolding, shop drawings, samples, tools, supervision, supplies, applicable taxes, permits, freight, insurance, and all other things necessary for and incidental to the construction and completion of the scope of work which the Contractor has contracted with the Owner to provide on the Project.  The subcontractor shall perform all work in accordance with all applicable governing authorities and jurisdictions

 

Subcontractor agrees to perform its Work under the general direction of Contractor and subject to the final approval of Owner, its Architect/Engineer, or other specified representative of Owner, in strict accordance with the Contract Documents.
